Social Media Policy

KANEFUSA CORPORATION and its group companies (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") comply with this policy in using social media (YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
This policy also applies to information transmitted through personal social media accounts of the Company's employees outside of the official account. The Company ensures that the policy is thoroughly understood and observed by the employees.

1. Purpose of using social media

The Company communicates and transmits information using social media in order for our customers to learn more about us.

In using social media, our employees shall comply with local laws and regulations as well as the Company's "KANEFUSA Group Code of Conduct" and take responsibility for their own actions as responsible corporate citizens.

6. Information and requests to customers and users

  1. Information may be changed after it is made public depending on various conditions.

  2. Information the Company's employees provide in social media does not necessarily represent our official announcements or formal views. Official announcements are transmitted through the Company's corporate website ( and press releases.

  7. The Company shall assume no responsibility for any damage caused by a user using or not being able to use the Company's social media account.

  8. Intellectual property rights of individual information (text, images, etc.) posted by the Company belong to the Company.
    No part of this document may be reproduced in any form without permission except when it is recognized in copyright laws such as "Reproduction for private use" and "Citation".

  9.
