Sales
Consulting offers optimal systems
Through direct discussions with our customers, their needs, the problems they encounter in cutting processes, and tips for our product development become apparent in a timely manner. We then feed this information to application engineers in the development and manufacturing divisions. Sharing data with the manufacturing division, we constantly work within the company to develop our awareness of customer satisfaction with our product quality, cost reductions, and delivery times. We also seek new ways to add value to our customers by recognizing potential processing issues, suggesting solutions, and providing optimal cutting systems.
Manufacturing
Suggesting improvements that make full use of our manufacturing expertise
Once a problem is brought in from the sales division, we make full use of the knowhow we've built up through repeated design and production. Data is shared with the sales division in the aim of increasing customer satisfaction. Our application engineers meet directly with the customers and actively suggest improvements at the technical level. With overseas product markets in particular, we maintain closer contacts with our customers and make approaches that lead to the next one. New technologies developed by the technical staff support creating products.
Development
Developing technologies in anticipation of future needs
Staff at our Technical Center combine their accumulated expertise in new ways and run various tests to improve the base technologies for our products. These improvements are reflected on model changes. We also collaborate with universities and laboratories to research and develop new coatings, welding and bonding, microtechnologies, cutting systems, and other technologies in anticipation of our customers' needs. Information on the completed new technologies is communicated by our sales division in proposals to customers, at trade shows, and through other channels, in a process revealing what the customer wants. This is followed by further improvements to make these technologies even better.
