We will be exhibiting a wide variety of cutting tools for CLT.
【Coated Carbide Inserts U-PIIW 】
・Kanefusa's coating technology with self-sharpening effects, maintains a sharp edge for longer tool life and reduces power consumption.
・UPⅡW saves 40-55% cutting power because of the superior wear resistance compared with other carbides of competitors.

【Endmill】
・The integrated structure of the HSK section and blade body provides enhanced rigidity, minimizes fluffing and plucking, and ensures excellent cutting quality. The unique flute shape ensures optimal chip evacuation and prevents burning.

【Hogger Cutter】
・ Aluminum body minimizes the weight of cutterhead. The helical arrangement of blades reduces cutting resistance and achieves excellent surface.

【Dovetail Cutter】
・Specially designed suitable cutting angles which minimize chip-out. Swarf is efficiently removed and material burning is prevented thanks to our unique gullet design.

【Strob Saw Blade】
・Large strob sawblades are specialized in CLT/large section integrated lumber cutting.

【Drill】
・Specialized edge design to prevent chip-out and burr at the exit.
・Two types of edge based on the application. (Standard type / Scoring type）
・The drill bit is uniquely designed for preventing breakage.
・The surface treatment on the drill body (black part) ensures optimal chip evacuation.

Super Board Pro Ⅲ TDM Type

・Saw blade for finish-cut, especially for the user requires a high cutting quality on melamine board by using panel saw & running saw machines.
・Reducing chippings on board end.
・Reducing waves on melamine edge.
・Reducing cutting noise

ENSHIN Planer Head

・Unique centrifugal self locking system accurately locks the knives in place
・System is easy to handle and a complete knife change does not take longer than 2-3 min
・"ENSHIN" heads with chamfer or radius knives are available upon request
・Knife quality HS-HP provides up to 5 times longer edge life compared with regular HSS knives
・HS-HP and HW knives are for single use. No edge life reduction and inconsistent cut after grinding
