KFXpert
Skilled and competent employees are an important success factor in todayqE business and the foundation for profitable growth in the future. A knowledgeable workforce guarantees for high process quality and short process cycle times, which leads to a high customer retention. Sales and operations Manager from all of our overseas sites (China, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Netherlands, USA,) joined in the 1st Kanefusa expert (KFXpert) seminar, which was held at our headquarters in Ohguchi-cho, Japan and will be continued on a regular basis. In study groups the participants received latest know-how in management & administration, sales & marketing techniques, in depth information about our products & services and the Kanefusa Philosophy. Part of the seminar was also a visit at leading machine builders, were the KFXperts received comprehensive knowledge about latest machine technology. The KFXperts will use and implement the obtained knowledge at our subsidiaries to further improve customer satisfaction and to run our overseas operations on the highest possible management level.

at the Tokyo Woodworking Machinery World Fair (Nov. 22nd
– 25th) and furnished their machines with our tooling.
Highlights of products displayed in our booth where the
newly developed TAF-C finger joint inserts and a wide line
up of PowerLock tooling, which features entry heads, ENSHIN
heads, brazed type cutter, insert tooling and PCD cutter. |

Kanefusa has received the Best Product
Award for it's newly developed TAF-C finger joint cutter inserts at the Osaka
Wood Technology Fair 2006, Japan. The TAF-C marks a new generation of finger
joint cutter inserts built on a multi-structured High Speed Steel base. The
TAF-C outlasts previous generations of finger joint cutter by 50% because wear
progression is slowed down and cutting edge chipping is eliminated. TAF-C
inserts enable a tremendous gain in machine uptime and significant reduction of
the grinding cost.
